<<<<His murdering record keeps counting after already having the scalps of Jay z (Renegade), 50cent (Patiently waiting), Busta rhymes (i'll hurt you), the whole of D12 & G-unit, Dr. Dre (Forgot about Dre) etc. The only rapper to have seemingly escaped the Detroit MC's slaughter slab is TI in Touchdown - a song that is in itself poor. No wonder Jay z hasn't invited him for a collaboration again lol. Hmm, only Nas, who seems to be the closest lyrical monster to him, hasn't done a duet with him and i'm eagerly waiting for such cos that will be a 'bad meets evil' joint! Well, hope you enjoyed my lil bit on Em. I'll leave you with one of his lines on Renegade: "Do you have any clue what i gotta do to get through, i don't think you do. So, stay tuned and keep your head glued to the stereo cos here we go....". Yeah, here i go fellas. Have a great week y'all.

...then please don't read this blog.I guess dandygirl's recent blogs about rap has re-ignited the flame of rap that is constantly burning within me and i just can't resist the urge to write something about rap. Hmm, i guess it's no news that i'm a big Eminem fan - so big a fan that i'm on the verge of being a Nigerian version of Stan! The only difference: i don't have a pregnant girlfriend and i haven't tasted Vodka yet! As for Em, i'm happy that he's finally and gradually reclaiming his rightful throne as the undisputed lyrical king. Last year, he dropped his fifth studio album and though it wasn't his best, he still had some sick lyrics and went platinum just as his albums do normally. However, his biggest asset has always being 'murdering' other rappers he features with and he did so in emphatic fashion in 2009 - absolutely slaughtering Kanye West and Lil Wayne on the Forever track before burying Wayne again in Wayne's own track ie Drop the World>>>>

Blow Off Your Balls!

In the wake of the furore generated by 'Lieutenant colonel' Farouk AbdulMutallab last christmas in US, i was just wondering if he really accidentally failed while trying to detonate the bomb or he really was just scared to die (afterall, he's got a Nigerian blood flowing through his veins) cos he had doubts at the last minute! Call me a liar but i do know Nigerians are one of the most lily-livered sapiens on earth! We are so scared that we even organise a 3-day fasting and prayer session for a baby that's about to get circumcised lol (that's a joke by the way). All i'm saying is that even though Farouk, sorry, Lt. Col Farouk puts on a rebellious 'Al Qaedaic' look, my guts tell me he got so scared to die and instead of blowing the plane, he looked for an escape route by setting off just parts of the bomb. By the way, reports said the device was rigged to his pants - who wants to die by first blowing off their balls huh? I don't know about you but i, and Lt. Col. Farouk, don't!

I'm Walking Away....

I'm drifting away slowly. You may wonder - from what? Well, i cant tell but i really dont like what i'm becoming. It's been creeping up for a while now and i'm so ashamed of myself when i look at things in retrospect. I'm becoming an 'addict'; i just hope i change my ways 'fore things turn real ugly! Lord, i need help! I cant believe i'm saying this but..........hmm, i just need help sha. By the way, this is a personal reflection and not your regular blog meant for you to read, digest and comment on. Please, i'll appreciate if no comment is made about it. Oh, i almost forgot...happy new year to y'all. I'll leave you with a text from a friend. It goes:"Lukin bak @ '09 we rmb how it used to be - it was chalengn; now its gone 4 gud. Though we may not know what 2010 holds but we are sure of who holds it. Welcome on board". Gotta go take a nighty night!
