Yeah, i'd forgotten to add this in my previous blogs. There is free food and drinks for everyone today. If you stay in Lagos, just take a 'little' stroll down to O'jez restaurant and order for whatever you like while those across other cities in Nigeria could just pup into any outlet of Mr. Biggs and order for 2cups of icecream (you would have to pay if you ask for 1cup). Later in the night, all roads then leads to The Dome in Abuja where we all are gonna 'live your life'. Y'all don't need any pass to enter, just tell 'em that 'the roc boys in the building tonight, oh what a feeling we're feeling life, you aint gotta bring your purses out cos the dopers are in here' lol. But hey, it's advisable for you to hold some quids cos you never can tell lol. I'm out to be back later

Reminiscence

Today, i'd be doing a whole lot of thinking and review of my life in general and there's no better way to start than to just take a look at my situation right now; i'm celebrating another birthday while still in the same class all cos of the resit i have. Hmm, i know i brought this s*** on top of myself. I used to be very brilliant in primary school(so i thought) or perhaps i was just surrounded by dullards(but i doubt it) even until secondary school but i probably started losing the zeal for academic excellence as early as SS3. Hmm, i can hear someone's thoughts saying it's cos he was already feeling like a 'big boy' and frolicking with 'em girls;maybe and maybe not. I'm probably at my lowest trough as regards academics but one thing i cherish about myself is that i can just snap my fingers and say, 'yeah, i gotta pass this paper' and i'll do. I've got oral exams this morning and i think i should snap those fingers again but they seem so cold. Could you just help me with it please?

Two Decade Old Guy

Wow, i thought i'd be the first to break the news myself but that annoying dude, wyne1, beat me to it again lol. However, he still missed out on a couple of info hahaha. I'm not yet 20, i still got a couple of hours to reach that milestone; i was born at around 10pm and so i'll finally reach the 20yr old milestone around that time tonight lol. And hey, i wasn't christened Gboyega; rather the name was tattooed on my a*** when i jogged down to earth from heaven! Oh, so you don't believe me? Chei, o ye of little faith lol. Anyway, thanks a lot wyne1 but be sure this wouldn't be my last reference to you today; so just watch out! As for now, happy birthday to me! I know you'll be reading this swits lol

CAF's Mess.....

Yesterday, i was lucky to watch the Glo CAF awards and i felt so happy seeing Yvonne ChakaChaka perform at the awards. She looked so chubby and a little bit fatter, quite different from the petite chic of the early 90s that i used to know. However, NTA in their usual manner displayed their folly to the entire world by leaving the viewers in limbo as they hooked up to their boring 'network news'. CAF president, Issa Hayatou, continued in their footsteps by addressing an international organisation in French language. To cap it all, CAF in their usual manners gave the top prize on the night UNDESERVEDLY to a***nal striker, Adebayor. What a way to spoil a show that began on a promising note! Tseew

I'm Bored!

Hmm, it's getting pretty boring just being in school without really having nothing to do cos exams are gradually drawing to an close. Being reading and have read almost all blogs on kobra as a result of this idleness; the only thing i haven't done is the devil's work lol. Anyway, why hasn't anybody talked about the grammys? Hmm, guess the nigerian artists are really on top of their game cos they seem to have wiped off any minute piece of interest we might even have for the artists across the oceans. Well, i tried to follow it on my part and true to my predictions, lollipop crooner, lil wayne went home with 3individual awards, although he did get 1with his collabo with Jayz, Kanye west & TI. What else do you expect, the heavyhitting type of music, rock, enjoyed quite a remarkable respect as they garnered home a few awards. The awards was, however, overshadowed by the arrest of your golden-voiced ladies man, Chris Brown, for domestic violence. I think those pieces of info will do!
