Bloah BlogI Love Football - (21/08/10 16:19) I know the English are generally credited as the originators of modern day football - or soccer, as our two hundred and fifty something million Americans are wont to call it. But i'm more interested in that particular person who first brought the idea of football to bear cos that's perhaps the greatest sporting intention in human history. In all ramifications, football is just the best sporting event on earth. It's about eleven men providing resistance and shield against an inanimate object while trying to break down the resistance of another eleven men - simply genius! The basis of the game is natural and spontaneous - man will do anything to prevent others from gaining (scoring) but will his utmost best to gain from others. Hmm, just retiring to bed after six straight hours of watching football!

50year Old Grandpa - (20/08/10 11:58) I have this futuristic picture in my subconscious. It's about I still being in active service while my kids become university graduates. As in, if i'm in the civil service, i should be quite far away from retirement when my last kid graduates. Something like still being in my early fifties while i go for my last baby's convocation ceremony. It's quite a rare feat in the realities of the hustle and bustle of the modern world but i just witnessed someone i rever a lot do it; so, i guess it's 'doable'. I might as well be a grandpa at that age! Who knows?!

**Social Recluse** - (18/08/10 12:44) I'm a social recluse. Worsestil, i'm gonna be a social recluse when i grow up! All thanks to my choice of profession - orthodox medicine! Without having been certified a doc, i already have a couple of friends (mostly females) inundating me with young adult-oriented questions (i believe you know what kinda questions they will be). My problem is this: people only come to you - or rather us - when they have a problem; once it's solved, they disappear into thin air. We are like their getaway jail card and once you're outta the gaol, what's your business with the wardens, right? Common folks, relate with us as humans and not as a select group of beings who only talk about books, books and books! We aren't some f***ing lepers that you relate with just cos of absolute necessity! "What's he saying?" you may think. Well, i don't know. I guess i'm having a rough day. Damn it!

Bored... - (14/08/10 15:52) I'd give an arm just to get an info on how to kill boredom cos it's killing me softly! *Grrr*. It's really killing me folks. f*** it!

Fate Or Choice? - (5/08/10 11:26) Nas, the famous American rapper, once said, "there's a thin line between friends and snakes". And we all generally agree that there's a thin line between life and death; which makes we wonder if all bipolar things in life have a 'thin line' between them! Take fate and self-made woes for example - i'm sitting here in a bus getting ready to zoom off when a lady pushes and shoves her way through everyone to get to her seat with a baby clutched to her hands. It's obvious she's struggling to make both ends meet cos her top appears dirty & torn and i can see some...you know! Now, why did she spread those legs when she knew she was not yet capable to for the post-spreading events, huh? Plus, she's still quite young and i'm sure the 'owner' of the baby rejected 'it' judging from what i'm seeing. Scenes like these appals me but what will i do? I guess i'm a victim of fate who was lucky to grow up with a certain orientation and she? A victim of her choices, huh? Life is hard:...
