So dat fact is established, once stored it aint going away. Bt d beauty of d brain is the less those pathways are treaded, dey become relegated to the background. You dont have to live with those gruesome memories. Stop refreshing dem. Let go of d bitterness, hurt, pain and live ur life

Ah! Memories. They stick with you for long periods. Good ones you want to retain, you want to dwell on day to day. And d bad ones you wish would just go away but no they dont. They all stay, and you wonder why. Memories r amorphous, dey r neuronal pathways in de brain i.e. Dey r physiological.

Two Years Don Waka

Its amazing to be back. My last blog was dated may '09. Dats two years plus. Kobra was my life then. I couldnt spend two hours witout entering kobrawap. Something happened and i couldn't login again. I tried and tried bt i couldnt. Bt here i am now. Soljen showed me d way in. Sola baba. Many things has happened since then. Water has passed unda d bridge bt one thing is certain. God remains God and we belong to him. Lemme end d beginning of another end with this. "your dreams can fly, you just need to give them wings viz- Courage, determination and hardwork". Y'all, donsally is back

I hope dis will b a lesson to young gals.Who refuse the voices of warnin.Cos now, i'm HIV positive and dying.Where is the 'good life i once hoped for.See d world passin me by.There's notin i can do but sigh.My life is now filled wit bitterness.My lot is now rejection and neglect.To all girls out there.I'm talkin frm experience here.All u see and enjoy now is a facade.B4 u know it, u'll lose all u had. My pips, its rily been a long time. I miss u pa,gan,ju,2much. Jus take dis frm ma hrt. It feels rily gud to b bak blogin. Nynyt to y'all
