Startin a blog is a hard work, requirin gr8 deal of time, u had beta njoy it cz 4 me doin a collabo wit so many ppl is jst lyk me bringin talentd ppl 2geda n creatin sumtin dts goin 2 mak a real difference 2 oda ppl's lives. As a gud leader u v 2 b a gud listener. U nid 2 knw ur mind bt dere is no point imposin ur views on d odas witout sum debate. Nobody has a monopoly of ideas or gud advice. Get out dere, listen 2 ppl, draw ppl out n learn frm dem. As a leader u v also got 2 b xtremely gud at praisin ppl. Neva openly criticize ppl, neva lose ur temper, alwz lavish praise on ur colleagues 4 a job wel done. Ppl flourish if dey v done wrng bcz most time dey knw it. If sumbody is nt workin out, dn't automatically throw him or her out of d kompany. A kompany shld genuinely b a family. So c if dere is anoda job wit in d kompany dat suit dem beta. On most occasions u wil find sumtin 4 evry single kind of personality.

Most christians r vry impatient God did nt create us in a hurry, God is patient dts y he alwz givn us a second change weneva we ask 4 4givness.
