I'm layin on ma carpet in ma study atm, lukin at da white paintd r00f it lukz so gud & peaceful with da all white paintd wallz!! I'm thinking, damn h0w tym g0ez by itz alm0st 2yearz wn i ws cleanin dz rum, mendin da wallz & i remembr da day i paintd da r00f, then da wallz dat i did twice!! I owez th0t wn i'gat a year to go at sku then i'm d0ne c0z da final year z owez too busy & pr0fessi0nal. N0w i'm here & i cn't believ itz happenin!! I remembr hw in ma 1st year i dint evn knw hw to do bibli0graphiez & f00tn0ting, and hw ma lecturer penalisd me f0r saying dat Zambia had n0 written c0nstituti0n jus to latr on read a m0dule prepared by a judge saying Zambia gat no written c0nstituti0n! da current c0nstitut0n in Zambia is very shall0w & ws enactd undr a pr0ces similar to Actz of parliament. Itz actuali cap 1 of da Act of Zambia. N0w hw d0ez dat bec0me a written c0nstituti0n of a State? Whatz da difference b2n da Constituti0n & ordinary Actz of parliament?? I hate iliterate lecturerz!!

These are c0rp0rate pr0blems that we ign0re and yet owez adversely affected by such pr0blemz. C0rp0rati0ns dat wud affect an0ther nati0n or State other than that in which they were registered & wh0se laws they operate under, sh0uld be subject to internati0nal law regardles of h0w minimal da effect might be!! The real s0luti0n to these c0rp0rate pr0blems can and is onli to be f0und in da devel0pment of internati0nal law to a mature stage which will enable internati0nal law to functi0n as municipal law!! The interests of da masses on da internati0nal plane must be rec0gnised with da utm0st respect, c0nsiderati0n and c0ncern!! H0wever, da best wud be to deliberately make da establishment & operati0nz of such internati0nal c0rp0rati0ns subject to internati0nal law and nt State law of their origin! This is to say that instead of faceb00k being onli registered under U.S law let it be also registered under internati0nal law and let da regulati0nz of itz business certificates derive fr0m internati0nal law. That way every0ne w0uld have a locus f0ll0wing da fact dat c0rp0rati0nz lik FB affect da internati0nal c0mmunity. This w0uld mean dat wn faceb00k breaches da regulati0nz set owt by internati0nal law da party with sufficient interest w0uld sue f0r damages or cl0sure and or when default occurz da internati0nal c0mmunity which is owez bigger than these multi mega billi0n c0rp0rati0ns w0uld stil be able to enf0rce da law against da c0rp0rati0nz!! N0ntheless, under da pers0nality & nati0nality principle one w0uld sue f0r an injuncti0n in da U.S c0urtz where their c0mpany law wil be applicable against FB!!

Hyp0thetically, say if faceb00k which z an advertisement c0rp0rati0n registered & operating under U.S laws & calif0nia State law offended owr Zambian c0mmunity & a few individuals actually g0t injured due to inf0rmati0n shared on fb we w0uld be able to sue faceb00k under da passive pers0nality & nati0nality principle even wn itz n0t established undr owr jurisdicti0n!! N0w if faceb00k defaulted in da legal pr0ceedings c0mmenced against it & owr State laws require da cl0sure of such a c0rp0rati0n in default, w0uld we be able to shut d0wn faceb00k as a c0rp0rate entity?? Clearly we w0uldn't c0z da establishment & operati0ns of fb are g0verned under U.S laws n0t Zambian law, so even wn we'wud sue in t0rt, faceb00k cann0t be subjectd to owr c0mpany law!! This meanz dat da best alternative w0uld be to ban faceb00k such dat wn owr s0ciety res0rtz to faceb00k itz them we punish and in dat way da law wud th0ugh n0t c0mpletly but safely & adequately pr0tect owr s0ciety
